How can I stretch 2 chicken breasts to feed 3?

Ideas please, am going to have 2 spare after making chicken pasta bake.
We are skint this month so trying to make things stretch.

Chicken and vegetable pie? Chunks of chicken, lots of different veggies. Dry fry to seal, add stock, cook for about 20 mins. Make white sauce using flour/butter and the stock or sauce flour if cutting down on fat.

Put into dish and top with pastry.

Chp them up and serve with some sort of bean, or some cheese. Chicken and lentil curry?

Chicken curry - use naans to fill up on.
Chicken stir fry with loads of veg and noodles

Thanks, think I might go with the stir fry as im not much of a cook.
