Ive just made chicken balls and home made fish and chicken fingers out of a recipe book and it says to freeze them and then take out and cook what you want, This is probably a really stupid q but what do I freeze them in do I use a freezer food bag (but wont they stick together?) or tinfoil or something???
Thanks

Lay the balls and fingers (sounds rude) on clingfilm, spaced out. Lay another layer of clingfilm on top and store flat in the freezer.
As long as the individual portions don't touch, you won't have a problem later.

Do what Desi says and open freeze them first.

Open freeze = freezing them on something like an oven tray or a plate (covered with cling film as Desi suggests) then transferring them into a plastic box when frozen. I think I have only confused matters!
