Ive just made chicken balls and home made fish and chicken fingers out of a recipe book and it says to freeze them and then take out and cook what you want, This is probably a really stupid q but what do I freeze them in do I use a freezer food bag (but wont they stick together?) or tinfoil or something???
Thanks

I think you need to freeze them flat on a baking sheet or even in a plastic bag if you can spread them out enough. Once properly frozen they shouldn't stick to each other and should be easy to get out.

Yep. Spread them on a baking tray then once they're frozen you put them into a plastic bag and you can just take what you need.
