Ideas for puddings please

I am completely out of ideas for puddings for the children, am sick and tired of yoghurts.........

rice pudding
jelly
fruit salad
pancakes with various things
little spongey puds (you can make in the microwave in seconds!

How do you make the spongey puds? They sound good.

here is a recipe

I just make a sponge mix, put a bit of jam or syrup at the bottom of a cup, pour over and cook for a minute or two (this recipe is for a big one) So easy

stewed fruit
fruit crumble
cake with or without custard
flapjack
meringues
baked apples
scones
scotch pancakes
yorkshire puddings with jam in the middle

... I could go on!
