What do you mean by Cantonese chicken? I don't think I have come across a dish called that? What ingredients does it have, eg, spring onions, nuts, etc?

we normally get it from the chinese. Chicken breast with bean sprouts in quite a light sweet and sour sauce.

I make it but its not done with any measurements

I just use tom ketchup, a bit of brown sauce, sugar, a bit of soy sauce, honey and keep tasting as you go along.

Something like sweet and sour chicken? But perhaps less 'synthetic' than that?
