... to cook my casserole!
I have started it off on the hob (it's braising steak so needs proper cooking to tenderiser the meat)
I can let it simmer gently until I have to go to work (probably about another 45 mins, so it will have had about an hour on the hob) - and will the meat be properly tender or horribly tough?
Can I put it in the microwave to continue cooking? I don't have much time at all today as I have to go out this morning and then drive up to Leicester at lunchtime
