Just got George Foreman grill - what can I do on it??? (no instructions either!)

Have just got This grill, have no instructions and not sure what exactly I can do on it.

Quite fancy paninis and such like but not even sure what fillings are good in them!

Help!

Chicken breasts in a bag, bashed with a rolling pin til flattish and then smeared with pesto and grilled in the George are very tasty!
