okay, I can't be arsed to look through cookbooks for new ideas so until I get the hang of this meal planning bizzo I am going to stick with recipes I know. I am working on the basis of 2 nights of meat, 1 night of chicken, 1 of fish, 1 of egg and 2 veggie nights. Vegetables in or served with everything, obviously. Bear in mind that everything has to be suitable for 11mo dc, as buggered if I am going to cook separate things
so how's this:
Shepherd's pie
Thai beef curry & rice
apricot chicken & rice with side of green beans
Prawn pasta/ fish cakes/ oven-baked salmon (depeneds on what looks good at the supermarket - fish can be a bit dodge)
spanish omelette & salad
Vegetarian chilli
Lentil burgers or a spinach lasagne
