I do a roasted veg ratatouille-just roughly chop courgettes,onions,tomatoes,aubergines.
Put on a roasting tray, drizzle with oil and any other seasoning you fancy (garlis, oregano etc),roast on high for about 45mins and when done, put in a saucepan and add a jar of passata....

I do a roast veg one too Whoosh, but cook veg until starting to colour, then add cherry toms and large amounts of fresh basil and cook for another 20 mins. Is lovely

I'm planning on making it - found a recipe on abel and cole for it, but fancy a real french one. Tried that site ggg, and all I get is une erreur s'est logée dans votre demande. Works fine on the french site, but my french isn't up to translating recipes!
