Good lord woman!

You could do a yummy chinesey thing with the chicken, beansprouts and noddles.

Or Chicken carbonara with the tagilatelle, cream, sweetcorn and green beans.

chinesey thing sounds good, how do i do that?

The chicken is raw, by the way..

Is it baby sweetcorn? or on the cob?

I'd marinate the chicken for as long as pos in olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Cut it into bite size pieces first.

Cook the noodles, 4 mins in boiling water

Then I'd get a wok, add olive oil, slowly cook some garlic and ginger if you have it. Add the chicken, cook it. When it's nearly cooked add green beans, broccoli and sweetcorn (if it's baby corn) and some lime juice if you've got it, some chillis (lazy chillis fine) if you like it hot, a dash of soy and maybe a bit of honey. Once the noodles are done, add them to the chicken and veg. Add a bit of sesame oil to the noodles too if you've got it.

Or, baby potatoes, put them in the oven with some olive oil, garlic in its skin, rosemary if you have any, and salt. Roast in their skins, delicious. And then do the chicken seaparately, having marinated as before, and have veg on the side.

Or if you have prosciutto or bacon, wrap chicken in that and cook for 20 mins.

chicken breasts or whole?

Electroma · 06/07/2007 17:31

the chicken is raw in strips.

the sweetcorn is neither on the cob or baby sweetcors, its just lots of bits.. dont know how to describe it! its not joined together anyway.

The noodles i think are already cooked as they are soft not hard?

I do like hot spicy foods, and i have hot hot chilli sauce i could put that in the wok maybe?

So if i put the chicken, tatties, veg and noodles in the wok, cook it, then pour the sauce in? Or cook it with the sauce?

I wouldn't put tatties with noodles. Go for one carbohydrate per meal, ie pasta or rice or potatoes. Cook your chicken first, then add veg, then sauce and noodles last.

brilliant! that sounds nice..

roll on teatime!

thanks!
