i have 4 small jars of C&G lentil and veg bake that i bought before i started to wean dd. I then decided to do BLW so have never used them. Does anyone have any idea what i could turn them into that could be used as a finger food? i dont want to waste them. they arent too runny, but is there something i could add to them to turn them into croquettes or something?
any ideas welcome! TIA

Put it in a lolly mould and freeze it. Lentil flavoured lollies. Yum

I would scrape the food out onto a spoon

leave it to dry for a week

then crack the dried out bits out of the spoon onto a tray so your child can feed herself

then burn the spoon

Stir the jars into polenta and leave to cool, then you can cut the polenta into slices or chunks and fry it. Lovely finger food. My daughter adores polenta with spinach, cheese and tomato paste stirred in. Can't see why lentil stuff wouldn't work just as well.
