what was the pie thing that ramsey cooked on the F word tonight/?

sky crashed and i didnt catch it until the end, the sound went off so i dont know what it was called, i did see him mashing potato with eggs in.
i have only just discovered this programme, i think its brill, does he bring out a book with all the recipes in?

It was a shepherds(sp) pie.
His idea of creamy yummy mash was to mix in some egg (yolks only methinks) then some parmesan, makes it nice and crispy and brown on top.
He grated the carrot + onion into mince, added red wine, then some stock. Cant remember much else, but did look yummy. mmm-mmm.
