Tonight, after having a humdinger of a row last night, dh is cooking me
Sea bass (caught by him in Hastings last month), with citrus and rocket cous cous and caramelised orange vinaigrette! Yum, can't wait!

No it hasn't been in the fridge -just like Captain Birds Eye says, from sea to freezer in under an hour!! He says something like that anyway!
