Just made Veg soup, and it is yummy

I must be on a roll, home made roast pots yesterday and home made soup today

i wanna learn how to make watercress soup. We had some as a stater at a pub once and it was deeeeeee-lish-ous. Thik the thing got in the kitchen is a blender/processor type doodah. have not got a clue!! It has blades at the bottom.
Make nice ice cream milkshakes in the summer though.

Sautee onions and garlic in a little veg oil, add potatoes cubed quite small and chicken stock, cook for about 20 minutes, add watercress and some milk and blend, season with salt and pepper. Voila Watercress soup.

I made butternut,sweetpotato and chilli soup today, really felt like having some wintery food thanks to this cr*p weather.

Oh yes I had roasted vegetable soup yesterday, it is a bit ridiculous that it is soup weather
