Bought one yesterday and cooking today, I've not really cooked lamb before, do I put water in the roasting tin?? and why do I do this (asking coz I know sisters MIL did this my mum cooked pork so I can't ask her) last time i cooked lamb it was over cooked and hard so i want this one to be right
