Who'd like to share their Top 3 recipes (main courses) with me? I'm after new dinner ideas, as totally hacked off with my current repertoire.

Veggie, fish, chicken, seafood dishes particularly welcome (although we do have red meat every now and then). Amything I can impress my MIL with would be great too (she's a great cook and quite sceptical of my skils in the kitchen). Ta in advance.

Teriake salmon/tuna/prawns/vegetables with noodles. Salmon is my favorite though.

Pad Thai is divine and a really good trick to have in your repertoire.

Properly made fajitas are hard to beat too.

And Spanish tortilla or Italian fritatta are easy and delicious.

Pad Thai - must learn that. Just come back from Thailand and ate it every day. Yum. Thanks!

Veggie: Chermoula chickpea burgers - they are divine. In the Life the GI way book I think.

Chicken: Not fancy but bloody delicious I have two chicken dishes. The first is chicken pieces with potatoes, lemon juice, honey, garlic and rosemary. The second is chicken pieces with loads of cherry/plum tomatoes, a whole bulb of garlic, handfuls of basil, lugs of olive oil and either some potatoes or serve with pasta or put in a tin of cannellini beans (jamie oliver recipe)

Fish and seafood - am allergic so never cook it. Sorry
