Can you make risotto in advance???????????????????????????

thats it really. For instance if Gecko went to sleep now so I had free hands could I make it now for eating at 6ish or not
if so how do you reheat it, would you add more water??

yes - it's not great but it's ok

best reheated covered in microwave so it doesn't dry out
if you were planning to add cheese save it and add after reheating

OK, it's probably too late for this now, but Gordon Ramsey did this on the F-word the other week. I think he almost-cooked the risotto then spread it out on a baking sheet to cool down quickly to be finished off quickly later. HTH.
