Ok I've made my first ever baked cheesecake, Its cooling as I type this and I'm a bit worried that it seems rather. erm puffy looking I'm hoping its going to settle down a bit but having not made it before I'm not totally sure I just wanted to try and alternative to the key lime pie recipes I normally use in summer. I'll share the recipe if anyone is intrested. I just don't know yet what it tasts like, thought the mixture was good.
