hi all, need advice, what are the best breakfast cereals for a 14 month, she is currently on Heinz baby cereals. I am trying ready brek and weetabix,are their any others?

i give DS:
shreddies
all bran (regular and oven baked)
cheerios
porridge - made with oats and water/milk

cheerios (which i also used to use as snacks as well!)

porridge a fave in our house and you can add alsorts to it - jam,banana,raisins....

Shreddies with a drop of milk ... they don't go quite as soggy as some of the others.

Porridge
Cheerios
Cornflakes
Rice Krispies.
Just avoid the ones that are coated in sugar/chocolate. Cheerios are pretty sugary but are ok every now and then.

Shredded wheat bitesize are fab, you can get own brand ones in tesco if teh nestle thing is an issue.
We also like the puffed wheat ones most shops have own brand versions off, they are 100% wholewheat with no sugar, and she doens't notice me drowning mine in sugar!
