scallops - no bake please

have scallops, fancy something like a warm or cold salad.
Never used scallops before..............all ideas welcome

Hi slim, just waiting for the men to come back from their break. They said only half an hour but been gone for ages - starting to worry they aren't coming back!

As for scallops I would grill (on a griddle if you have one). I always keep seafood really simple olive oil lemon a bit of fresh chilli, or just butter. They wont take long to cook at all 2 min each side
