Years and years - why?!

isaidno · 27/06/2007 15:30

It just gets more vintage as it gets older!

Just asked DP who works for a company that make brandy and he says ages and ages so I think it will be fine.

Lilymaid · 27/06/2007 15:39

No, you don't need to refrigerate spirits. The brandy will be OK but it does tend to lose its flavour as the years roll on. We don't drink brandy, ours is used for the Christmas cake and pudding and little else and we keep a bottle for years - it doesn't go off.

oh, i wanted to be the first to say, about 2 days in my house

It's lovely with champagne, but totally lethal.
