Quite fancy having a bash at making my own veggie sushi but don't know where to start. Anyone make it at home - can you recommend any good recipes/websites?

The one thing that went wrong is that our camera ran out of charge after 1 photo - so I am dependent on guests to send copies. When they arrive I might even post a piccy of meself on here.

I made veggie sushi this week and it was blardy marvellous (if I say so myself)! I got a kit from eBay - think the seller was called Mount Sushi. i just made maki rolls filled with cucumber, toasted sesame seeds and wasabi... mmm. It didn't actually take that long either and wasn't too fiddly with the mat. A bit like rolling a long one IIRC from uni days

I found some other veggie sushi ideas on the Post Punk Kitchen website - will try to do a link here - hope that works!
