It has to be homemade apple pie

What about a crumble. They're easy and quick.

fruit crumble quick to make and just chuck in th eoven, I've used tinned peaches made in 5 mins

I didn't buy any fruit suitable for crumble though (dur)
I was going to make sticky toffee pud but you need cream and I didn't buy that either!
