omelette recipes please

hi all,
have you got any omelette recipes
where i can add anything i like and how do you cook them whats the best way as last time i tried they all went a bit wrong lol

First thing I do is turn on the grill. Beat up the egg with a bit of milk, put a little bit of oil into an omelette or frying pan and heat it up, then pour the egg in and cook over a gentle heat until the bottom is cooked, then stick the pan under the (by now warm) grill until it's set.

If I want to add other things, I sling them in before the egg goes in - so I'd fry mushrooms and peppers, for instance, first, then add the egg.

also i think a tablespoon of cream cheese on top is lovely
fried potato and onion is always good
goats cheese and rocket

if you sprimkle some grated cheese on it before putting it under the grill it goes all lovely and bubbly
