What can I do with Radishes?

Pulled DS's first radish yesterday. It was huge and scrummy

But

Other than raw in salads or sarnies (sliced or grated) what can I do with them?

All suggestions gratefully received.

I bet there are some soup recipes of some description (she thinks of DD's rabbit story book where radishes featured heavily!)I'll have a look.

ok then - just googled 'radish soup' (don't limit it to a uk search) and it came up with all sorts of yummy looking soups, especially with seafood like shrimps.

Also have a look at the BBC 'Food' pages for other ideas of how to use radish in more exciting salads (as salsa in tortilla wraps for example).
