Apricot chicken with rice - my favourite comfort food from when I was a kid - wasn't quite as good as my mum's, unfortunately but was still damn fine.
followed by Banoffee pie
and a nice glass of red.

Feeling very happy and replete!

Don't really feel like eating.

Have had a pint of Magners and will have a Dairy Milk Mint choc chip ice cream!

That sounds awful.

I usually eat well, I promise!

Oh I have left over bolognese - am off to reheat it...

Left over roast pork from yesterday with left over potatoes cooked in the oven with olive oil and some roasted tomatoes which were going manky.

with cottage cheese.. spring onion, tomatoes, watercress, rocket and spinach

Nothing.....

prawn and asparagus risotto with baby sweetcorn on the cob things and mangetout. Yum!

But did i mention that DP is bringing in take away!

will have ...nearly ready now..it'll be 6 minutes to my:

dh late home and soaked and am starved...
