Keep plugging, you'll find some answers!

meatballs in a pitta

pasta with tomato sauce

cheese on toast

omelette strips

dips with breadsticks

something that works well with my 3 is to give them all a tortilla or 2, then put bowls of filling options on the table- ham, grated cheese, tomato slices, cubed pepper, grated carrot. let them help themselves- all eating together but no problems over what one does or doesnt like. I have found when we have friends with kids over, that if you add olives, salad, mozzarella and onions that ot goes down very well with adults. And is healthy too.

With DS I make a lot of pasta dishes - use mayo as a sauce base a lot. I also make him pitta pockets with tuna, chicken, avocado, tomatoe, cheese etc (not all together, I also often do cooked chicken with veg (broccoli) and sweet potato chips. I make my own tomato sauce (mayo, toms and Worcester sauce) which DS loves on all kinds of things. Also fishfingers is a good one. Made DS kedgeree on Sunday and he loved that too.
