Right ladies, new thread, let's get the rules set down so we can get baking

Well mine are up but I'll try & take a better picture tomorrow (light was very bad today loads of rainclouds). The detail on everyone else's buns is incredible, mine are a bit plain really.

However the marshmallows are from the marshmallow bush on my allotment, do I get extra points for that?

Well my genetically modified jam didn't get any points

Can I ask, how do you get the title of your photo at the top? Do I have to name the photo before I upload it? My photos need titles or no one will know what the hell my cakes are on about.

Slubber the caption thing - upload photos then click on manage photos, then it shows the pics and you can click to edit each one. Type into the boxes - i'm not sure which one. TBH i can't find my way back to the edit page .

OK, and I'm done.

So my DD's efforts are here. We are currently in the throws of sugar rush mania.

And my work entitled A day in the life (of an Alpha MN Cup Cake) is there as well.

Now I know I haven't exactly stuck to the rules (but look at LL's ffs).

A day in the life is a Beatles song, isn't it??? [vvv hopeful emoticon]

and there are only 6 of the slubbereenies cakes, and we were singing nusery rhymes as we decorated (mostly Old Mcdonald).

Please don't disqualify me .

Morning cupcakes, lovely to see the baking going so well, can almost smell the aroma! Am I judging, or someone else, or joint? I wasn't sure. Need to know whether I should make the time to iron my pink frilly pinny, or if just my grease splattered green one willl do?

I recall Francagoestohollywood wanted to judge too. but havn't seen her around?

Well you will be pleased to know rain has bollocked up all our plans for today, so Ds has completed the first stage of his cupcake entry and I am sitting here in my pyjamas [bliss]

he is just off to the shop with dp to get some decorations now

All ours made (DS2 is particularly prud of his whilst ds1 seemed to want to scoff the decs- am mega proud of ds3 thougha s he did his all himself and they look great, which given that he is a 3 year old develeopmentally delayed asd kid is rpetty- well WOW- can you guess the size of my grin LOL)

Mone are a bit boring but I shall call them classy, LOL.

SlightlyMadSugar- Thank you! I was going to try and make a deck chair type of thing but coulden't figure it out. I barely got my dh to take the pictures for me as DH and DS just wanted to eat them!
