just bought a slow/cooker crock pot what do I do next ......?

recipes I have are

leek and potato soup
chilli
veg chilli
beef in wine sauce
chicken risoto

Has anyone got any more please - the easier the better!

Do you have the risotto one on your computer? Could you post it?

I mostly use mine to make casseroles, more or less following the same recipes I'd use for a stovetop meal, except putting teh veg on the bottom and the meat at the top

Mess about with it, I'd say, and see what you come up with
