serves me right for trying to show off and do a delia smith recipe. I followed it correctly but used the same amount of sea salt she said but used table salt. The result is a inedible salt loaded gunk that I can't use. SOOOooo...I have pasta, chicken, mayo, peppers, spring onions, a bit of parma ham, olive oil, balsamic vinegar - I could just stir in mayo to the pasta and add a few veg but I wanted it to be a bit more interesting (though that is nice!) PLEASE, PLEASE help me!

YEs- put chicken, pasta- cooked and cooled rinse with cold water to stop it going claggy, sliced roasted peppers, chunked corn, courgette if you can be arsed and dress with the garlic dressing in my last post.
I was just mulling over differnt options but I think we need a simple solution don't we.

I feel like Ainsley at the mo

Right, if I go for the first one. I just grill the chicken plain. Chop it up, slice peppers, add all to pasta then make the dressing you just suggested and mix in with the pasta. Treat me like a moron, I'm being one today

THANK YOU! Right, off to do as commanded, one more question...cook the baby sweetcorn or put in raw?

Yes
Put pasta on now- undercook slightly so it is firm and not slimy
Add chicken breast to grill ( or fry for speed)
slice sweetcorn
Make dressing
when peppers cool - peel and slice
when chicken cook- slice
combine in a bowl and dress.

Good luck!

I would put the sweetcorn in raw for some colour and crunch and because cookng it would mean another saucepan to wash.
