I believe that Sainsbury do one or two curries that are marked as suitable for vegans. Have you tried contacting the Vegan Society ?

waitrose have alist of vegan foods on their webpage - I can't make the link work - but there's 28 products.

simply organic pure & pronto range which is sold in our Tesco here have 6 suitable for vegans - the only ready meals I'll eat - just veg, no nasties.
