riverford delivery

Howdy folks.. been waiting all day for my very first veg box and it's not arrived yet... anyone know if that's normal or if it means somethngs gone wrong and it wont arrive at all?

aPparently my delivery person is Nancy.

Nancy is normally a late deliverer. She has trouble with her bowls and has to make frequent stops at houses she is deliveing to, to use their loo.
