we've got friend's coming over for dinner and i've just realised I should probably make some sort of food related effort. I've done a main course (goulash) but what about pud...can't be too fiddly have to feed dc and clear up as well before dh is home if poss! Oh and I want to make this quite clear. FRUIT SALAD IS NOT PUDDING

If you are going to put chocolates in bananas can I suggest TERRY'S CHOCOLATE ORANGE? They are fantastic in baked bananas.

Hot fruit salad is yum with alcohol and really nice vanilla ice cream.

Hot choccy pud!

4oz flour
4oz butter
3oz sugar
2-3 tbs cocoa powder
2-3 tbs drinking chocolate powder

about 1/2 - 1 pint hot water
3oz brown sugar
2 tbs cocoa powder
2 tbs drinking chocolate powder

Mix first lot together. Pop in deep dish. Mix second lot together, pour over cake mix.

Bake for about 25-30 mins...... Decorate plate with strawberries

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm........ think I'll make some hot choccy pud tonight!
