I've got 2 cod fillets (about 250g each) but no clue how to cook them - I'm a complete fish novice. I was planning just to stick them in the oven - does anyone know how long they should take?

easy roast fish -

6-8 cherry toms
4 spring onions
5-6 bloack olives
2 cloves garlic
tbsp olive oil
few dashes tabasco
juice of half lemon
zest of one lemon

preheat oven to 200
put everything in a dish bar the lemon and fish and bake for 20 mins.
Add the fish and lemon juice and zest, swishing the fish about a bit to absorb the flavour, put the dish back int he oven for another 15-20 mins until fish is cooked.

Thanks all. I'll stick to lemon juice this time and get some more exciting ingredients sorted for next time.
