Pancakes.

Some wonderful person on here gave out a recipe for pancakes using beaten egg whites. It's the only one that ever worked for me . But I've lost it. If you are out there please could you give it again...

My kids are craving pancakes.

We've got into a bad habit of making American Pancakes a la Jamie Oliver on Sundays - 4 0z plain flour 5 fl oz milk 3 eggs - separated 1 heaped teaspoonful baking powder pinch salt WHisk the egg whites until stiff. Mix other ingredients together and fold in egg whites. This makes large, fluffy pancakes which are brilliant with maple syrup.
