Need to make cake in loaf tin.

Only have one loaf tin.

Can I make double quantity and bake first half in loaf tin and leave the rst of mixture in the fridge and bake it whent he first one is done???

The banana might sink to the bottom so you might have to remix it a little, i would leave it out at room temp.
