I would like to make an easy curry I have Curry paste, coconut mild what else?

what else do I need please? and what to do? Help please make me look like a kitchen godess

Onion or shallot, garlic, ginger, chicken or fish, any veg you want to put in it (sugar snap peas would be nice), lemon grass, coriander, lime juice and zest.

That sounds great I have onions ginger and fish. How do I put it al together?

I wouldn't addanything to the surry paste mixture like lemon juice etc. in case it makes the paste curdle or go off. My curries are paste, onion, coconut milk/cream fruit and nuts

Fry onion, garlic, lime zest and ginger until soft. Add fish and colour slightly. Add coconut milk, paste, lemon grass and lime juice. Let it all warm through. Sprinkle over chopped coriander.
