Fried onions & garlic and mashed potatoes made into potato cakes and then fried with lots salt

What would make them stick together a bit better?

Scootergrrrl · 13/06/2007 19:36

Breadcrumbs?

Put some crumbs in the mix then you could maybe coat them with more breadcrumbs if you really want them to be stuck-together. Or you could just have mash, garlic and onions with crispy bits round the edge where it's been fried!
How are the nursery plans going btw?
