D'oh - Now have 6 beaten WHOLE eggs not egg whites..... help me use them!

Was just starting to make meringues when I was distracted by DS1 wanting to "help mummy make cakes" so now have stupidly beaten 6 whole eggs instead of 6 egg whites.... what can I do with them - preferably a yummy pud!! I HATE omlettes!!!

Use half your mixture in a cake - Victoria Sponge thread will tell you far more than you need to know
Do you hate frittatas as well as omelettes?
Make two cakes and freeze one?
