HELP am doing a food shop and have a mental block

Meals are seriously lacking in veg but mind has gone blank.

Dpesn't help that DS has gone off nearly every food we normally have at the mo.

butternut squash soup

veg stirfry...beansprouts, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas..

leek and potato soup

caulifloer cheese

chicken and broccoli pasta bake (use a cheese sauce)

bolognaise sauce with cooked veg whizzed up in the sauce so fussy eaters wont notice

Ta, stir fry, thats what i was trying to think of LOL.
