How do I get my DD3 the eat other vegs than raw carrots, I know I have to introduce vegs at every meal, different ways etc.. but honestly it been 2 and a half year now. Any one who has a brilliant exciting idea ??
My DS2 is eating all kinds of vegs (except potatoes) and he eat a lot. I thought it would help seeing him eating vegs but no, she does not even want to taste. she does eat all kind of meat, incl. pork, beef, veal, lamb, chicken, rabbit etc. but no vegs. So PLEASE if anyone has any suggestions they are more than welcome.

my dd is 3 and ds 2
my daughter does not "like" minced meat or any kind of sauce. she just likes the "juice you get when you cook a steak etc. I tried to hide veg in minced meat and tomato sauce but not luck

she likes to make her own " sandwich" with baguette (we live in france) she put her meat in between two slice or pasta in between two slices so maybe I could make it FUN to put so kind og veg in it. She does love lentils and couscous ( again no sauce)

Just looked at this and you can look inside the book online, it has a list of recipes, which may give you an idea if it's worth getting. Good luck, am watching this thread with interest as I can see it's the sort of thing I may need in the future.

make fresh juice and smoothies - they get more nutrients that way too.

my ds2 who is 4 hates veg but devours smoothie or juice made with carrots, oranges, spinach, even brocolli. Add enough fruit to make it sweet and blend juice with avocado and ice to make smoothie. Theres NO WAY he would eat this normally.

Of course he still has cooked veg at dinner time, which he eats because he has to, but he does hate it.

have tried making own juice and smothies but my daughter drinks nothing but water ONLY water. No milk, no juice, nothing. She taste our juice etc. but she just drinks water. My son is drinking juice, and water with grenadine or other flavours but she is just not interested. I just managed to find an icelolli with orange and lemon which she like. So Maybe I shoould try to make my own icelollies. But I don't believe that a broccoli icelolli will go down well
