No im not a sad nutcase but my son has lived on veg and meat since i started weaning due to coeliacs and dairy intolerance.

Today he is having his first proper toddler meal. Fishfinger from the free from range, a ross waffle and some beans.

Aaaah! isn't it lovely how being a Mum can turn little events into lots of happiness?

Bless! My DS1 ate some peas and sweetcorn yesterday - I was so shocked ...but he didn't today

sportyspice · 24/08/2004 13:36

Ahhhh so pleased he enjoyed it

Great news! Hope that he liked it. My DS ate bread for the first time this week!! Sandwiches at lunchtime means we are one step closer to 'normality'. Planning where to picnic already - all we need is some sunshine around here.

Ho ho, the title of this made me laugh (and identify!). Mine's gone mad for tinned spaghetti hoops as she's seen her brother eating them..... I'm having to force her to have porage and not spag hoops at breakfast!
