Can't help katymac, but I'd like the same please.

I have seen it in italy/malta with candied fruit in it - and I think you can get spanish nougat (turron) that is basically smooth (you can get hard or soft versions)
Not seen it in this country

you can get that pink/white stuff in Julian graves health food shop.

The pink & white do normally have it in - but the nuts are crushed rather than whole
