freezing fishcakes

I am making Annabel Karmels fishcakes tonight with canned salmon....I would lke to freeze some...should I freeze them after I have made and fried them or before I fry them?

looks like you can do both then!

we've always fried them off before freezing, then to use them after defrosting just 10 minutes in the oven. (May be able to stick in oven from frozen but never done it myself)
