chicken satay with peanut sauce.... anyone got an easy recipe???

Marinade the chicken in soy sauce, chopped onion and garlic, and brown sugar for several hours. Put on skewers and grill.

For the satay sauce, chop and fry garlic, add over half a jar of peanut butter, water, and lemon juice, and a good dose of chilli powder with a little madras curry powder thrown in, simmer until it thickens. Really yummy, and nothing easier.

is the peanut butter smooth or crunchy...or is that a stoopid question?

I could prepare all this advance and then eat cold I guess??
