I thought butter beans were smooth - mine look like they have fossil shapes on them!!!!

They have funny shapes on them just like the shells at the history museum. Must say i find them a bit off putting now. Whats going on?

yep. am soaking them and they look horrid

ill be fine They all look like that as soqked smooth oput with cooking.

so i should keep them and have faith.They have taken almost all the water.
