Oh is there more than one sort?

I remember we made it in infant school, many moons ago, and wondered if it would be something to make with the nursery children.

sorry tesco man came. unleavened bread is basically any bread that does not use a rising agent like yeast.

pitta bread, chapati etc. i suspect you are talking about the jewish unleavened bread matzo. just google it there should be about a million recipes.

wheaten or soda bread is also dead easy to make if you are looking for a recipe for kids.
