Argh just defrosted lamb mince instead of beef - will my chili taste ok?

oh I now see there are lots of recipes for chilli with lamb's mince so maybe it is the done thing!

We always use minced lamb for chilis and spag bol(I don't like beef). It tastes great!

I wouldn't personally, as /i thinkthe lamb flavour would filter through. Try lamb koftas with rice and (if you have it) some natural yoghurt with diced cucumber and mint.
