I am arranging my MIL's bithday party and have decided to do afternoon tea, I'm happy to make the sandwiches but haven't got time to make anything else. Does anyone have any idea where to get mini sweet things from?

M&S have lovely ones.

The m&s tubs are good. Sainsburys also do tubs of mini things. Or buy a big cake and cut it into little squares. Also think most places do mini frozen things - certainly seen them in Waitrose.

I used to buy mini swiss rolls (not the chocolate coated ones) Most supermarkets do both chocolate sponge and jam sponge ones - often in the value range. Then I'd cut them up again into 2 or 3 smaller pieces for younger children. I think most supermarkets also stock mini jammie dodgers. Also grapes and strawberries seem to go down well.
