Do peppers freeze well?

Just wondering as they are half price in Tescos at the moment, and usually so expensive, but one of my staple foods. Could I cut them up and freeze them?

Yes, really well, but the less you do to them before you freeze them the better they keep vitamin content (tho less convenient obviously!)
